DEPOSITION

Deposit only one drop on the test field. Tip: The drops fall best when the stick is not touching the test field. Depending on the condition of the motor and the oil, the development time is usually between 1.5 and 8 hours. For best results, leave the test overnight so that the drop develops perfectly.

Tip: Carefully record the vehicle registration, mileage and running performance of the oil.

EVALUATION

When the drop has developed, progress step by step, from the inside to the outside, for the evaluation.

The completed result should be evaluated using the enclosed evaluation scale. Simply compare the colours and mark the result.

Tip: Use a magnifying glass. It will be even easier to identify small exhaust particles, for example

What is MOTORcheckUP?

MOTORcheckUP is a look inside the motor without taking it to pieces. Like a doctor examining a patient by analysing just one drop of blood, our test system needs only one drop of motor oil to detect whether the motor is healthy or something is wrong. Therefore, we call our test system:

MOTORcheckUP – the health check for your motor.
