DIAGNOSES ONLINE
Until today the test results had to be evaluated “by hand” or visual inspection. iDiA accomplishes this now in an easy, fast and reliable manner. iDiA is the electronic analysis of MOTORcheckUP tests for engines, breaks, power steering, transmission. However, its use goes well beyond the automotive application into areas such as general industry, farming, forestry, shipping etc. In short, any moving device that needs lubrication uses the iDiA evaluation method as well.
The device captures the test photographically and submits it to the server. The evaluation is submitted almost instantaneously by means of a PDF file.
Easy input of data
As a first step a few vehicle specific data are captured and submitted to the server.
Each test paper has a unique QR code that guarantees that the specific test result can be retrieved any time if one has the need for it.
These data needed:
- License plate
- Make and model
- Engine ccm and horse power
- Kind of engine: Diesel/Petrol (however this does not apply to break, power steering, transmission applications).
- Mileage of the engine and the oil (important for a accurate analysis)
THE NEXT STEP
Drip just one drop onto the test and wait until it is maturated as in the device demanded.
THE TEST RESULT
After the test sample has matured (the maturation time of engine oil differs to that of brake fluid, power steering and transmissions fluid) the test paper is inserted into the iDiA device. Just press START.
The test is scanned and submitted to the server.
The customer receives a detailed PDF report with comments by email almost instantaneously.
